We will look at:
- Planning a safe day out on the water to develop your independence
- Developing your forward stroke to help you paddle more efficiently; generating momentum, accelerating and cruising
- Understanding how the wind affects your boat, and adjusting your trim to allow for this
- Develop your stroke repertoire to help improve boat handling
- If the wind allows, some improvised sailing
I can also tailor training to your specific needs.
